Our coverage of Ligue 1 Uber Eats matches started in August. Amazon is seeking an experienced product manager to support our rapidly growing and evolving live sports video business. Amazon Prime Video is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows.
Our mission is to build the widest selection of digital video content and make it trivially easy for customers to enjoy wherever and whenever they want.As a Live Sports Product Manager for Prime Video in France, you will partner and collaborate with key business leaders to develop ideas and build collaborations with internal teams to ensure that we deliver a lovable and improving offering for customers.
You will team up with our external partners including the league and football clubs to engage their fan base. You will also support the FR Sports business lead in growing the brand awareness of Prime Video among football fans, and help report on performance and business metrics.
To be successful in this role, you will need to grasp the big picture quickly, define effective goals for the team, and inspire and mentor the team to success. You will demonstrate strong customer obsession and comfortably support our partners' challenges.Key Responsibilities:· Partner with the French football clubs and their fan base to drive awareness, and ensure we are delivering a lovable experience for fans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the league and other French football organizations.· Work with key stakeholders across many regions and internal teams including customer service, production, advertising, devices, PR, tech and commerce to constantly improve the quality of our offer and develop new features.· Engage and collaborate with other Amazon services (Twitch, Music, Alexa, Prime) to amplify the visibility of our offers and extend the experience of our offer beyond the Prime Video channel.· Act as a point of contact for merchandising and marketing teams to help improve the efficiency of our communications, reinforce the visibility of Live Sports on Prime Video, and keep consistency throughout the season.· Provide reporting and recommendation to senior business leaders.This role will be based in Amazon FR?s HQ in Clichy.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· Extensive relevant experience, including knowledge of sports media and broadcasting services.· Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners and making trade-offs against business priorities, particularly with global technology and business teams.· Excellent organizational and data analysis skills, high attention to details.· Excellent written and oral communication skills; at ease when dealing with senior management.· Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience· Fluent in French and EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Existing network with French football clubs and sports institutions· Social Media expertise and ability to engage large fan bases
