Global Sales Performance Senior Associate (x-h-f)The teamAs a Sales Performance Senior Analyst - MRR Excellence, you will join the Global Sales Performance team, whose objective is to boost the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) per headcount of our 600 sales teams in France, Germany, Italy & beyond, while ensuring scalability.

Within that team, MRR Excellence is responsible for building the best sales platform in Europe with four key responsibilities: Building & enforcing best-in-class contracting & selling processesBuilding a robust link between our CRM & our products to ensure users access only what they pay forIdentifying upsell opportunities by comparing the usage & pricing status of our usersConverting these opportunities by upselling and maximising the MRR In this critical role, you will work closely with the various Sales, Strategy, Pricing and Data teams to optimise processes and identify opportunities.You will also work hand in hand with our product teams, partnering with Salesforce, Zuora & Doctolib product managers to build a scalable sales platform that will integrate more products & countries.This global position is key at a time when Doctolib is scaling up at exceptional speed its product portfolio & expanding its geographic presence.
