JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing to expand and take our marketing initiatives to the next level.

You’ll be fundamental in formulating the marketing strategy, managing budgets, and reporting progress to company management. Ideally, you’ll have a background in B2B SaaS marketing. Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to learn are as important as experience, and a little entrepreneurial spirit wouldn’t go amiss.

As much as we want someone to deliver, we want them to come up with their ideas and help us experiment to find the right strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create measurable marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase brand awareness
  • Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics so we see what works
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on the strategy, plans, and performance of the various marketing initiatives and campaigns and make recommendations for optimizing
  • Define and execute a thought leadership plan that positions our company as experts

Create and constantly improve processes that drive and optimize marketing lead generation productivity

Field Marketing

Support the other Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating and managing events across Asia and Europe

Demand Gen
  • Collaborate with Sales team to maintain and enhance sales processes
  • Design, launch, and optimize Search Ads (Google Ads) and Social Ads (LinkedIn) campaigns
  • Manage HubSpot nurturing campaigns and refined lead-scoring strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive improvements
  • Drive new initiatives to leverage AI and bring both more automation and laser-focused targeting (personas search, and narratives)
Social Media
  • Contribute to improving the social media strategy and develop annual roadmaps
  • Plan, manage and execute end-to-end social media projects
  • Create, test and write engaging new post ideas
  • Report on actions taken and the results achieved
Press Relations
  • Maintain and strengthen the press relations strategy
  • Oversee the creation of press releases, articles, opinion pieces, and other media content
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies and media outlets
Who you will be working with
  • One senior Marketing Manager as your peer
  • Sales, presales, customer success, and product teams, based in France (Lyon, Paris) and in Singapore
  • Direct reporting line: Chief Revenue Officer (based in Paris)
  • 50+ Hackuity talents across all functions. HQ in Lyon

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

Must haves

We are looking first, and foremost for a curious mind, passionate about marketing, and willing to grow as a strong marketing expert in B2B SaaS and Cybersecurity.

You have at least two year’s experience in product-focused marketing, without internships.

You’re an ambitious, self-starter. You love B2B Marketing and aspire to be known as one of the best in the world.

Languages: fluent English is compulsory. The French language is a plus

Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.

Super hands-on, resourceful, and a knack for getting things done

Nice to have
  • Domain expert in a specific B2B Marketing domain (techniques and strategies)
  • Experienced SaaS B2B Marketeer with a track record of growing revenue
  • Experience within the cybersecurity domain
  • Experience and demonstration of using AI to solve Sales & Marketing real use cases that drove impact: esp. in lead gen or content creation
  • Numbers driven; you understand the relationship between the metrics that drive success & you obsess over how to leverage and improve the primary drivers
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You’re a natural people person, you know how to motivate & get the best out of those around you
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time, immediately available
Salary: depending on profile and experience
Location: Paris – La Defense (preferred)

Other locations: Lyon or remote (exceptional candidate only)
