Marketing Manager Opportunity at ESSCA
This position is open at one of our following campuses : Angers - Lyon - Paris
The Marketing Manager will lead the school's marketing strategy, enhance the market visibility of BMI and PGE in France, and boost international enrollments in the following programs: MSc and Continuing Education.
Strategic Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the school's mission and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and target audience insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI of marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
Marketing Operations:
- In coordination with the communications department, ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- ️ Create and manage messaging, visual identity, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop marketing strategies that attract potential students.
- Monitor and analyze data from leads to enrollments to refine marketing tactics and outreach efforts.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and website optimization.
- Use analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Event Marketing:
- In collaboration with recruitment teams, plan and promote school events, workshops, and conferences to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate logistics and marketing efforts to ensure the success of events.
Management:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.

Description du profil
Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within higher education.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
️ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day marketing operations.
Experience in managing budgets and demonstrating ROI on marketing campaigns.
Fluent in both English and French, ideally an English native speaker.
✍️ Strong writing and communication skills are also crucial to this role, and it is essential that the candidate be a team player, willing to step in to help on the ground when required.
