Pizzaiolo (H/F/X) - Seasonal contract

For the 2025 season, we are looking for a Pizzaiolo.

The ideal candidate is eager to provide our clients with an authentic luxury experience in iconic destinations, demonstrating attention to detail, skill, and curiosity.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Knowledge of dough fermentation processes.
• Skill in dough preparation.
• Adherence to food hygiene and safety standards.
• Knowledge of raw materials, ingredients, equipment, and work techniques.
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques related to the art of pizza making.

• Communication skills: Communicates clearly and appropriately, English and/or French.
• Emotional intelligence: Attentive to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues, adapts their style accordingly. Able to manage their emotions in difficult situations. Pays attention to every aspect of the guest experience throughout their stay, providing impeccable service and anticipating guest needs.
• Collaboration: Capable and willing to work as part of a team. Shares information and skills, actively seeks constructive feedback.
