We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Customer Service Support representative to join our team at Adepto Technical Recruitment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and technical assistance to our clients, while helping to resolve product-related inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
• Document and maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Educate customers about product features and functionalities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Contribute to the development of user manuals and help content as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of technical products, preferably within the processing or manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and technical support tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
