As part of our distinguished culinary team, you will be crafting exquisite dishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We seek individuals with experience in high-pressure settings, such as luxury cruise lines, five-star hotels or/and Michelin-starred restaurants, who are dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven background in fine dining
- Ability to work in pressure, stress, and long working hours work environments
- Ability to lead a multicultural team with values and respect
- Available to begin work in November 2024
- Possession of a C1D Visa, STCW, Seamen’s certification, Yellow Fever & COVID Vaccination and Medical Certificate is advantageous (All listed certificates & visas may require upfront payments from you if you are hired).
- Experience working in Luxury Cruise environments or Five-Star Hotels/Resorts. Michelin experience is preferred
