Head of Equity Business Strategy - ETF, Indiciel & Smart Beta H/F

Within the business line, the Heads of Business Strategy are responsible for driving the growth of their relevant product segments (Equity and FI), in close collaboration with the Sales, Research and Innovation, Content Marketing and Client Oversight teams.

• Support and increase both the quantity and quality of sales engagements with their clients on Equities and Commodities ETFs and Indexing.
• Be the expert on the Equity and Commodity product lines, underlying stocks and index construction.

• Produce timely content and campaigns, deliver clear use cases, portfolio construction and implementation solutions.
• Work very closely with Capital Markets to be able to deliver the liquidity analysis of our range.

• Establish tangible KPI's and NNA targets for each product segment (Core, Factors, Thematic, ESG…), client segment and region and work with distribution partners to deliver on these objectives.
• Work closely with Marketing to establish campaigns

• Work with sales to identify opportunities through thought leadership, education, data analysis and work towards the most effective solutions for the client.
• Work very closely with research and innovation to share market feedback and client needs, for them to develop new products with a strategic vision
• beyond individual deal making.
• Partner with sales to create a clear “Go To Market” plan for any new product or ask.
• Actively Collaborate with Client oversight team to ensure strategic RFPs and ETFs RFPS smooth delivery.

• Monitor flows, competition and client needs to develop and maintain an appropriate commercial coverage and product suite.
• Monitor competitor launches and filing to discuss market needs with the Product team.
• Bottom Up and transversal sharing of client needs, key asks and market sentiment on products and range.

• Partner with Content Marketing to deliver relevant content (presentations, direct emailing, thought leadership…) to clients linking macro trends to product implementation themes.
• Be a constant force - continuously search out new narratives and hooks to best promote and position the segments

• Work closely with Marketing to establish and deliver campaigns/roadshows and events for each country and client.

• Be a key spokesperson for events and roadshows.
• Produce research papers on your segment

Experience in delivering a commercial strategy over several years.

Master's degree in finance / engineering
