With your talent and ambition, we can do even more to protect people from infectious diseases and bring hope to patients and their families.Your job, as Head of Supply Chain, International, within our global Supply Chain team, will be to drive best-in-class performance of in-market demand planning, logistics and customer service, partnering with our Commercial Operations and other functional teams.
Main responsibilities:
You will be accountable for all in-market Supply Chain (SC) activities across GBUs for all international MCOs, covering 81 markets (representation of of International at the Market Supply Chain Leadership Team).- Deliver first class business partnership with GBU Leaders for Key Markets and GMs in Key Markets (meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders across Sanofi)
- Ensures that SC Design, Planning and Execution deliver Patient, Customer and Business needs
- Set the strategy and tactical execution of the International Supply Chain in line with Global Supply Chain strategy
- Lead the International Supply Chain Team, with focus on Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development
- Ensure first class business partnership with Pharma and Vaccines Leaders in International
- Improve overall Supply Chain Performance
- Encourage advanced use of Global Supply Chain tools, processes, and ways of working
- Ensure a first in class and diverse team by leveraging people competencies, reinforcing capabilities, developing all supply chain people
- Implement key organization changes, transformational programmes and projects
- Review and optimise route to markets with strong focus on balancing business and product strategy, patient needs and cost to serve
- Represent Sanofi in local trade associations on the topics of Supply Chain as appropriate
About you:
- Experience:
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive transformation and breakthrough results in a complex and volatile market environment.
- Developing organization capability and talent, leading large, dispersed teams.
- Soft and technical skills:
- Enterprise Leaders and decision maker
- Ability to engage and collaborate with internal partners to develop and deliver short – medium term strategies with a 0–5-year time horizon.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate & inspire at all levels across a matrix structure up to Executive -1 level.

- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. APICS certification is an asset. Advanced degrees are an asset.
