Delivery Manager (ICT Project)

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Team, ensuring seamless delivery services and the quality of contractual deliverables . The role will be responsible for:
- Managing and control documents for contractual delivery;
- Interfacing between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority;
- Contributing to activity planning, including developing and revising planning and guidance documents in line with the agreed methodology, priority and providing input to the strategy and related initiatives when required;
- Guiding the teams in charge of testing activities and review their deliverables, within the limits set by the Contracting Authority’s rules on access to information and procedures, complement and replace when required the team leaders;
- Contributing to the estimation of the resources necessary for the execution of the activities, in collaboration with the team leaders, contribute to the planning of the activities under the supervision of the responsible statutory staff;
- Preparing proposals for quality plans and tracking activities against the approved plans, providing regular and accurate reports;
- Providing effective leadership for the supplier teams, ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly develop their skills and experience, including specific training, in line with the requirements of the Contracting Authority;
- Identifying, mitigating and reporting impediments affecting the teams’ ability to deliver;
- Contributing as possible and requested to projects related with the infrastructure used for the activities of the framework contract;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- MSc in a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of project management tools;
- Excellent knowledge and/or certification in quality and testing standards/methodologies (e.g. ISO 25000, ISQTB);
- Experience with team work, team management and service delivery management;
- Certification and practical experience with at least one of the following methodologies/standards: Agile, DevSecOps, Prince2, PMI, PM2, RUP, PMM4EP, ENGAGE, ITIL or equivalent;
- Proven experience with quality procedures;
- Optionally, experience in the application of development methodologies;
- Preferably, professional experience from international organizations and multicultural environments;
- Rapid self-starting;
- Leadership capability and autonomy;
- Sound methodological approach;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and writing skills;
- Very good communication skills, result orientation, customer centricity;
- Ability to understand the needs, objectives and constraints of colleagues in all disciplines and functions;
- Very good knowledge of English (Level C1) or very good knowledge of French (Level C1). However, knowledge of both languages, one at C1 level and the other at B2 level, is required.
