Sales Engineer
Our client is a global leader in the electronic industry, is currently recruiting a Sales Engineer in order to maximize their sales revenue, growth and profit within allocated customers and to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.MissionsTo develop sales & profit strategies and convert into a business plan for dedicated customersTo prepare a business plan based on the business and quality targets set by Business Unit ManagementTo set strategies and to guide local/global negotiations with customersTo lead the realization process, including identification of risks endangering the achievement of targets and taking related counteraction to mitigate or eliminate thoseTo lead and transfer product & profit strategies set by the Business Unit Management into practiceTo ensure the implementation of new business within the assigned customers.To manage the establishment and maintenance of excellent relations with the customers at all levels within their organizationsTo control the progress of realization of the business plan and the achievement of sales targetsTo implement strategic account plans for each customer, including customer, market and competitor analysis in line with the business targets and quality policyTo regularly review the agreed Sales Target Plans and to set measures based on the current business conditionsTo complete appropriate reports such as monthly reports, visit, opportunity and activity reports by utilizing CRM and Quote Follow-Up including current business conditions and group activities, market, customer and competitor analysis.Key activities and duties to support other processesTo guide and support the CS Team members in all functional levels, in respect of commercial issuesTo communicate and cooperate with all operational functions within the companyRequirementsAppropriate professional experience (min 5 years)Bachelors in Electrical EngineeringSales skills and market and sales strategy knowledgeCommercial SkillsAdvanced English language skills in speaking and writing, including negotiation and presentation skills Skills in Standard Software (MS Office, Lotus Notes) and our client specific softwareProduct knowledgeBasic Knowledge in Quality ManagementNegotiation SkillsProduct KnowledgeThinking GloballyCORE: LS Contribution to Organizational GoalsCORE: LS Continuous Improvement and Challenge Leading to Change., CORE: LS Customer Orientated Behavior
