AsaTechnology Sales Advisory, you will serve asan expert inJLLs technology and data productsand present a holistic suite of solutions to clients, collect client feedback and inform training materials, positioning and marketing of products.This opportunityinvolves both training sellers on thefunctionalityand value of JLLs technology anddirectly supportingpitches and/or RFP pursuits.

Key partnerswillincludeJLLsSalesEnablement, BusinessDevelopment, Product Development, Marketing and Operations teams.The Technology SalesAdvisorwill be tasked with assistingin the development of RFP responses and/or pitch content including technical responses, discovery questions, solution design, example deliverables, system graphics, presentations and/or pricing across JLLT product teams.The candidate will alsoserve as a trainer and advocate for JLLTs solutions to internal clients and stakeholders.The ideal candidateunderstandsreal estate fundamentals including supply and demand dynamics andcanalignchanges in themarket totechnologysolutions.Knowledge of the competitiveProptechlandscapeisstronglypreferred.You must be professional, organized and motivated as well as have the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high impact sales environment.

What this job involvesAs aTechnology Sales Advisor, youmust be comfortable presenting to high-level decision makers, demonstrating key functions of our technology applications, and collaborating with sales team, delivery teams, and product management teams.Responsibilities include:Primary contact for sales teams withinlocalmarket for all things related toJLLT.EducateJLLssales teamson how to create a digitally immersive buying experiencefor ourclients/prospects.Directly articulate a tech enabled sales story to externalclients/prospects.

Act as tech sales engineer in client meetingsandsales presentations by askingdiagnostic questionsand identifyingtechsolutions. Drive awarenessandadoption of technologyacross JLLs core business lines. Generate demand and pipeline for key tech products.

Partner withtheproduct teams to ensure value propositions oftechnologies arecommunicated consistently.Demonstratemultipletechnology solutionsspanning the entire real estate life cycle from lease administration, transaction management, project management, utilization technologies, employee and building experience platforms.Assist in the development of RFP responses and pursuit content recommendations.Partnercloselywith Sales Enablement teams on client presentations by preparing key deliverables with data, stories and research.Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape across technology and competitors.Sound like the job youre lookingfor?Before you apply its also worth knowing what were looking for:Subject Matter Expertise in the businessdomains of the assigned business lineareREQUIRED.A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED; Business or Marketing PREFERED.5+ yearsof relevant/professionalexperience such astechnology sales, management consulting,or commercial real estateis REQUIRED.You will be a passionate, accountable, creative, andteam-orientedcontributor to help achieve our business objectives.
