Entity and activity descriptionAs a Product & Services manager for procurement applications your mission is to maintain a high level of expertise on procurement applications like Coupa, Zycus and its intergrations with ERP and other applications.You will be responsible for the end to end lifecycle of these applications including solution strategy definition, contribute to service development, solution design and prepare functional specifications documents. You will lead the end to end operations support for these applications and ensure services are delivered within SLA with high quality.
You are responsible for the overall integrity of the technical solution and have knowledge of existing interacting systems (downstreams and upstreams), business knowledge (underlying processes), the company's overall systems strategy and IT standards.
Missions and Responsibilities Product Management Manage the end to end lifecycle (inception to decommission) of Coupa, Zycus and other potential procurement applicationsWork with product owner to prioritize the product backlog for development and provide valuable inputs in prioritization Work with delivery team (Solution Architects, Developers, Testers and other technical resources) to ensure product enhancements and rollouts are delivered on time within budget with extremely good quality Work with product vendors and ensure product patches, updates, upgrades are planned and executed in a timely mannerAbility to manage projects in both waterfall and agile methodology Services Management Responsible to ensure SLAs are met for all the procurement application related ticketsEnsure user escalations are addressed quicklyPlan and execute application maintenance related activitiesWork with Service Desk, COE and other relevant teams as needed to ensure highest quality of services are delivered to customers Technical solution review Review and validated the technical proposals that comes from the COE application development team Conduct periodic code review on the source code to ensure good coding practices are in placeAssisit the offshore development centre on any technical issues Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect ensuring that Solution Architectures are in alignment with the overall EA and Technology strategy Solution Technical Design Perform an impact analysis to identify the modules impacted by the new demand/project/technical upgradesCreating a solution prototype when neededColloborate with COE Technical resources and guide them when needed Colloborate with QA leads to prepare test cases to define acceptenace criteriaCreate technical document to be shared with technical stakeholders when needed L4 support and Coordination Assist/resolve incidents related to bug fixes which can't be resolved by Offshore delivery centreMaintain solutions to keep it up to date with technology.
UAT coordination with business users as for projects and enhancements Competencies and Profile MSc or BSc in IT Software or Computer Science disciplines10 - 14 years of work experience in Product and Services management for Procurement related applicationsVery Good Understanding of Procure to Pay Operations.Knowledge COUPA is must to have. And knowledge on Oracle EBS application is highly preferred. Technical and Functional Expertise in Coupa/Zycus, Cloud Technologies, Oracle Applications (ERP) Products, System Integrations, ServiceNow Workflows, Data Visualization tools (Power BI), Data Modelling etc.Proficient in Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Procurement Sourcing, Spend Analytics, Category Management, Catalog Management, Supplier Enablement & Risk Mitigations, Procure to Pay, Payments and Bank IntegrationsGood Understanding on Oracle supplier structure, migration and mapping to multiple systems is highly preferredInnovative, analytical professional with years of strategic and technical hands-on experience in business process and system analysis, solution design and process re-engineeringTrack record of directing corporate IT initiatives while participating in planning, root cause analysis and implementation of solutionsConsults with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business cases, including development of a statement of work.Good knowledge in agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
