We’re expanding our Talent Acquisition team to meet the growing demand for crypto trading talent. As we scale our operations and enter new markets, we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on trading recruitment.

Joining the TA team led by Thomas (Lead TA), you will play a crucial role in sourcing top-tier trading talent globally, helping us stay competitive in this fast-paced, niche industry.

This strategic hire will directly support our growth plan for 2025 and beyond, ensuring our trading desks are staffed with the best in the field.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for crypto trading roles in our different offices (Paris, Singapore, NYC, London), including sourcing, screening, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of crypto traders, researchers specialized in Derivatives, or quant traders specialized in HFT through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship building.
  • Manage the recruitment process and tools daily (Canditech, Workable, Linkedin Recruiter) with great rigor.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the technical and cultural fit for trading roles, ensuring we hire the right talents efficiently.
  • Help develop Flowdesk's employer brand by taking ownership of various projects.

Requirements

Background and experience:

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on recruiting for trading roles, ideally within the cryptocurrency/fintech sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading functions. Familiarity with market making, algorithmic trading, OTC trading, and Derivatives is a plus.
  • English is the main language. French would be a plus.
