CONTEXT
The Danone Food Safety Audit Team recruits a QFS Audit process & performance Manager, this position is based in Paris area (Gif).
MISSIONS
Reporting to the Senior Food Safety Audit Manager, the QFS Audit process & performance Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust Food Safety audit system. He/She will drive FS Internal audit performance and execute FS audits using a continuous risk-based approach and a high level of independence and expertise.
Your main activities will be to:
• As part of the mission to ensure the effective management and continuous improvement of the FS Internal audit process and tools,
• Contribute to the annual review of the documents including procedures, instructions, and templates, as well as auditor tools,
• Oversee auditor training content to ensure alignment with documentation and consistency,
• Facilitate the documentation and communication of good practices shared by auditors,
• Act as HERMES Key-User for FSI Audit Digital tools (Salesforce and CT Mobile) monitoring, managing end user’s requests, supporting in the design and facilitation of trainings, and driving tool enhancements.
• As part of the mission to ensure the monitoring, consolidation and reporting on FS Internal audit performance indicators,
• Serve as the KPI owner for the DFSA FS Internal audit process indicators,
• Assist the Senior FS Audit manager in monitoring the FS Internal audit performance indicators.
• As part of the mission to build the Danone FS Internal annual audit plan,
• Support the FS Audit director in defining priority thresholds and the list of sites to be audited during year Y+1, considering the audit cycle, business priorities with the Region Operations.
• As part of the mission to perform FS Internal audits,
• Prepare and conduct an average of 6 audits as auditors per year according to the annual Audit plan, through a structured risk-based approach and in a fair and impartial way
• Participate to auditor’s networks and calibration sessions.
• Participate in projects,
• Contribute to projects aligned with the team's roadmap.
• Animate the FS Audit team workplace.
Your main stakeholders will be:
• DFSA team: All DFSA team members
• SRM team: All team members (QFS standards SPOC & PTC, QFS Mgt System & Reg Affairs, QFS Performance, Knowledge & CI Global Manager, HERMES team members, Lab & Suppliers audits …)
• Global/local: CBU/Region QFS Directors and managers, QFS plant managers, Plant directors, QFS auditors.
• External auditors and consultants.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in FS/QFS function
• Mandatory factory experience in a QFS or production role
• Good practical knowledge of standards covering FSMS, FSSC 22000.
> Knowledge in 2 or 3 Danone product categories technologies is a plus (Waters/beverages, Dairy/Plant Based or Specialized Nutrition)
• Risk Based approach oriented
• Good practical knowledge with Microsoft office software (i.e., PowerBI) & taste for digital tools
• Well organized, synthesis and writing skills
• Pragmatic, open-minded, dynamic, capacity for global vision
• Ready to travel – fluent in English, Spanish or French is a plus
