The process control engineer carries out the technical part of a project in compliance with commitments in terms of quality, deadlines and allotted time.
Relationships related to the activity :
Internally: department managers, design coordinators, technicians, project managers, other design offices, other ABB entities (local and OPC), Externally: customers, suppliers, subcontractors.

This position reports to
Engineering Manager
Your responsibilities
• Help choose technical solutions and enhance their value.
• Carry out specific developments in line with customer requirements.
• Evaluate, select and apply standard techniques and procedures to projects.
• Participate in on-site testing and commissioning.
• Help maintain existing sites.
• Use standard processes and tools applicable to his/her field of activity.
• Ensure that the technical solution is working properly.
• Apply Quality/Safety/Environment requirements and procedures.
Your background
• Minimum of 2 years' higher technical education.
• At least 5 years' experience in a general engineering position with a focus on process control.
• Knowledge of C++ / C# programming languages. Knowledge of Microsoft Sql Server database.
• English and French: good level (read, written and spoken).
• No obstacles to travel (20%).
• Customer and market orientation, teamwork and collaboration, personal leadership, intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness.
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
