We are actively recruiting a motivated Spa Manager, for our partner hotel, a luxurious resort in Germany or Austria, with starting date in April or May 2024:
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Spa Management or Spa Therapist/Beautician
• At least 2 years’ experience working as Spa Manager or Spa Supervisor in a luxury hotel
• Very good German and English knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking appointments
• Sales oriented regarding up-selling techniques of spa services and products
• Able to handle guest complaints and special requests, ensuring that the spa team follows safety standards and always maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of creating staff schedules and duty tasks, mentoring, supervising, training staff and motivating the spa team
• Ability to work with an international team
• EU citizen
