We are actively recruiting a motivated Maître/Restaurant Manager, for our partner hotel, a luxurious resort in Germany or Austria, with starting date in April or May 2024:
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Hospitality and Catering/ Hotel or Restaurant Management
• At least 3-years of experience working in the same position, in a luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant
• Fluency in German and English language
• Knowledge and ability to run daily restaurant operations
• Adaptive organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of wines and champagnes
• High level of personal appearance
• Excellent customer service skills
• EU citizen
Benefits:
