Your daily life: the missions
You will be working in the Information Systems Department of the ODDO BHF Group, reporting to the Head Of IT in charge to support the entire information system for Private Wealth Management, Independent Financial Advisors and Marketing (France and Germany).
More specifically, you will be the liaison between the IT Teams and the IFA business and you will work closely to the digital teams and their responsible.
This position combining communication, coordination, reporting and documentation in an international context.
Your main missions :
• Business expertise and market knowledge : A strong expertise regarding the Independent Financial Advisor business is mandatory and also the ability to benchmark the competitors in order to generate continuous improvement.
• Client centric : A strong focus on client needs (internal & external) must be analyzed to ensure positive interactions and builds trust
• Communication : Acting as the central communication hub for the IFA business, disseminating information, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed
• Coordination : Facilitating collaboration among different teams or departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution on the IFA roadmap
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintaining accurate records, documenting discussions, decisions, and actions taken, and providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management.

• Stakeholder Satisfaction : Managing relationships with various stakeholders, including business, IT team members, top management, and external partners, to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management : Identifying and addressing potential risks and uncertainties that could impact the roadmap and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Reputation Management : Protecting the reputation and credibility of the IT department by ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct in all project-related activities.

Your remuneration
Your remuneration is adapted to your profile and skills. This remuneration is composed by a fix salary, bonus subject to individual arbitration at the end of each year, and profit-sharing.

• Empathy and Emotional Intelligence : IFA Business Partner often deal with people in stressful or challenging situations. Empathy and emotional intelligence help them understand others' perspectives, build rapport, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Adaptability : IFA Business Partner must adapt to changing circumstances, handle unexpected challenges, and adjust their approach to meet evolving needs.
• Language : native French and English is required
