As a member of the team, you will participate in making the energy sector more sustainable by promoting low carbon emission sectors.As an apprentice talent acquisition manager you would be joingning a team of HR specialist and help on growing the team, on a fast moving environment.
Recruitment is at the center of Flexcity strategy as it is keen to onboarding the best engineer on the market to help reach our 2025-2027 targets and beyond.
Job Description
as part of the team, you would be responsible for :
- following the needs and news position openings
- making sure the HR team receive all the critical information to open the position, such as
- job descriptions
- skills requirements
- recruitment process ( who is involved, what is the technical case)
- budget
- publishing the job offer on our ATS and use dedicated sponsored adds such as linkedin to promote the new position
- do a first selection of CVs
- Do the first phone screening
- make sure the process is followed by every stakeholders and delivered in due time
- create and track the KPI's
- improve and communicate about the employer brand
- be responsible for internal HR communication
If you are interested, you could also be part of some projects such as improving the onboarding process, help build a fully customized lifecycle tool, update the benchmarks.
Qualifications
to succeed in that role you are :
- Curious and creative
- ready to learn about the niche we operate in
- customer service oriented : you have to ability to undertand the manager's needs and translate it into a job offer
- highly emotionally intelligent : able to quickly create a good relationship with the candidates
- interested by fast moving environment
- autonomous but you also know when to ask for help and happy to learn and be challenged
- On 1st or 2nd year of a masters degree
you also have :
- a C1 level in english
- the knowledge of one other language from the following list
- French
- Dutch
- Italian
- Spanish
- ideally a first experience as an intern or an apprentice in a high volume environment
over the last year we hired more than 20 people to join the team and the goal is to grow from 65 to 105 in the next 2 years
