We are looking for a Quality Partner manager to come onboard in our Quality Directorate in Marion's team : a team of 4 collaborators!
Your Mission- Manage operational quality for Partners covering first fit and aftermarket activities, and On-quality deliveries
- Lead quality partner governance
- Develop quality Key Indicators Performance to monitor on-quality performance and implement associated action plan to improve quality (set up and monitor quality improvement plan with the aim to improve customer satisfaction)
- Manage Partner surveillance plan covering design/production/support scope
- Manage First Article Inspection (FAI) for New Product Introduction (NPI) and for series modifications for which key industrial risks are identified.
- Manage Partner quality operational issues at Final Assembly Line in Toulouse (such as AM, CQLB, TLB…) and in-service (ISQS, MISP). Ensure timely handling of the quality issues, setting up root cause analysis towards Partners and implementing robust containment, corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement containment action for the repetitive and critical quality issues.
- Reduce product Non-Conformities delivered by suppliers/partners.
- In coordination with FAL and/or Aftermarket Supply Chain teams and any other ATR stakeholders as applicable, develop a common action plan (« one voice ») when there are important poor on-quality and on-time delivery performance from Partners
- Contribute to Partner's quality improvement to meet ATR requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction (Airlines, Official Services, ATR Internal Directorates) taking into account flight safety, cost control and supply risk management.
This position requires frequent travels within Europe (about one every 6 weeks)
About you- Field of study : engineering and quality
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in aerospace industry, quality standard, supply chain, plant, FAL
- Technical skills / knowledge :
- aircraft design and manufacturing,
- aeronautical mechanical and structure knowledge (Fuselage, HTP, VTP),
- Problem Solving method (9S, 8D, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA…),
- project management.
- Soft skills :
- solution oriented,
- Strong leadership skills to organize and lead Multi Function Teams on complex issues,
- Ability to work transversally, in a pluri-disciplinary and multicultural environment
- Communication (to all levels of the organization) and interpersonal skills
- Fostering a collaborative work.
- Customer oriented
- Ability to interact with various profiles of stakeholders, from operational level to Management one.
- Proactive, strategic thinking and ability to influence
- Capacity to manage priorities efficiently
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)

Nous recherchons un Responsable Qualité Partenaire pour rejoindre notre Direction Qualité au sein de l'équipe de Marion : une équipe de 4 collaborateurs !
Votre mission- Gérer la qualité opérationnelle pour les partenaires concernés couvrant les activités de première monte et d'après-vente, et la livraison en qualité
- Piloter la gouvernance qualité des partenaires
- Développer des indicateurs pour surveiller les performances en matière de qualité et mettre en œuvre le plan d'action associé pour améliorer la qualité (mettre en place et surveiller le plan d'amélioration de la qualité dans le but d'améliorer la satisfaction du client).
- Gérer le plan de surveillance des partenaires couvrant le périmètre conception/ production/support
- Gérer l'inspection du premier article (FAI) pour l'introduction de nouveaux produits (NPI) et pour les modifications de série pour lesquelles des risques industriels clés sont identifiés.
- Gérer les problèmes opérationnels de qualité des partenaires sur la chaîne d'assemblage finale à Toulouse (tels que AM, CQLB, TLB…) et en service (ISQS, MISP).
- Assurer le traitement en temps opportun des problèmes de qualité, en mettant en place une analyse des causes profondes envers les partenaires et en mettant en œuvre des mesures de confinement, correctives et préventives robustes.
- Réduire les non-conformités des produits délivrés par les fournisseurs/partenaires.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité du partenaire pour répondre aux exigences ATR.
- Assurer la satisfaction des clients (Compagnies aériennes, Services Officiels, Directions Internes d'ATR) en prenant en compte la sécurité des vols, le contrôle des coûts et la gestion des risques d'approvisionnement.
- En coordination avec les équipes de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de FAL et/ou de l'Aftermarket, ainsi qu'avec d'autres parties prenantes d'ATR, le cas échéant, élaborer un plan d'action commun (" une seule voix ") lorsque les performances des fournisseurs en matière de qualité et de respect des délais sont insuffisantes.…
