- W/M -Danone EDPI (Essential Dairy & Plant-based International) is the biggest business unit in the company and the biggest fresh dairy business unit in the world.
Activia, as the largest global fresh dairy brand in the world and the biggest brand in Danone EDPI, is sold in more than 70 countries and in 5 continents.Now, the Activia Global Brand Marketing team is looking for a Global Brand Manager to join us together to accelerate the brand growth from October 4th 2021 for a 6 month fixed-term contract.
Job location is in Paris 9th.YOUR MISSION & RESPONSABILITIESManage and support marketing equity projects related to the brand equity strategy & implementation within the Activia Global Equity Team (direct report is Global Senior Brand Manager).You'll get the opportunity to collaborate actively to the equity strategy, working on one of the key strategic priorities for the brand which is the crafting of a comprehensive brand book, to serve as a blueprint for Activia's executions across different touchpoints and markets- with very concrete guidelines on visual identity but also tone of voice and storytelling.3 key responsibilities:> Collaborate with the selected partner agency to ensure the new brand platform and positioning comes to life through a new consistent brand visual world across touchpoints and adapted storytelling (will include pack redesign and testing)> Define clear guidelines to ensure stronger brand equity through distinctiveness and increase efficiency of our resources, speeding time to market;> Promote the brand book and foster usage of the guidelines in the brand community worldwide.You'll also be managing one intern.You will touch all the strategic perspectives of international brand equity management.
This means you'll be in close contact with the local brand managers of Activia from all over the world, but also many external and internal stakeholders.>In the morning you might be brainstorming with our selected partner on what are the key distinctive brand assets and how to use them across touchpoints.>In the afternoon, you could be presenting our strategic thinking to our Brand Directors or Brand managers worldwide to embark them on our journey.You will learn how to navigate projects within a huge brand under a complex yet international context.About youYOUR PROFILEYou should have strong passion for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/ FMCG) and brand management; and have the enthusiasm to embrace the challenges from working for the biggest fresh dairy brand in the world.?
Fast learner with good marketing knowledge (first brand management experience)?Passion for creativity, proactive thinking, and can do attitude?
Strategic thinking with the ability to handle complex & noisy information?
Organizational skills, able to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines?
Autonomy, able to work independently and drive the project progress?
Ability to work and build relationships with a crowd of high diversity?
At ease to work in an international environment?
MS office (advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point)?
CPG experience is a clear plus
