What's the job?:
We are going through an exciting period of change and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced iOS Engineer with expertise in iOS Developer with expertise in Swift & SwiftUI to join our Software Engineering team and work on our greenfield Android KMM programme.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS Apps using Swift and Xcode
- Leverage SwiftUI to create flexible user interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse user requirements and translate them into testable features
- Talented people leader, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and teaching, whilst developing a pipeline of future talent.
- Integrate KMM components into iOS apps
- Implement design patterns to ensure robust and scalable code
- Use GitLab to manage source code, version control, and collaborative development
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Continuously research and stay up to date with new iOS development trends and technologies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for the applications
What you'll bring:
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in iOS development with a strong portfolio of mobile applications built using Swift and Xcode
- Has experience of SwiftUI in a commercial project
- Experience with software design patterns and best practices in iOS development
- Great knowledge of unit testing and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with SDK integrations
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data structures with knowledge and awareness of GraphQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise), and source control systems.
- An understanding of Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM)
Nice to have :
- Published articles on LinkedIn/Medium or other platforms
- Involved in an iOS community via membership of online groups or meetups and can demonstrate participation in developer forums
