Your role and responsibilities

The Sales Assistant provides internal and external ABB customers with administrative and commercial assistance in receiving customer orders, in coordination with other company functions, with the aim of satisfying the customer.
Working as part of a sales support team and reporting to the Sales Support Manager- Internally: sales department, procurement/manufacturing, accounting/credit management, technical sales support.
- Externally: customers
- Ensures the correct registration of orders up to customer delivery, maintaining quality service and respecting deadlines.
- Carries out customer orders from registration to order closure: checks all input data (sales price, margin, cost price elements, commercial information, etc.).
- Monitors the order book in its entirety, from invoicing and backlog to follow-up on unpaid invoices.
- Informs customers and field sales and/or project managers on order follow-up and answers ques-tions raised within his/her area of responsibility.
- Actively participates in improving the customer experience during the after-sales process.
- Ensures that complaints, returns and disputes are handled within the defined deadlines.

Qualifications for the role- - Bac+ 2 with a specialization in SME-SMI Management, Business Administration, Sales Administration or equivalent.
- - Fluency in English (minimum level B1)
- - Good command of IT tools (office + SAP) and CRM
- - Ability to manage customer portfolio independently
- - Adaptability, team spirit, benevolence, perseverance and versatility
- - Good interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication skills
