Une offre de stage intitulée « Contrôle financier pour l'ingénierie (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes chargée de planifier, d'analyser et de consolider les données financières des 9 centres Engineering d'Airbus Commercial (~13000 personnes).
Idéalement, ce stage d'une durée de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2025
(la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).
Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.
Ce stage consistera à travailler sur les activités suivantes :
- Une initiative stratégique (appelée #TOP) a été lancée il y a un an. Ce projet a pour objectif de simplifier, numériser et améliorer les activités de planification financière de sa division Airbus Commercial en vue d'une performance plus solide. Les méthodes de travail des contrôleurs (environ 90 personnes) vont changer et nous devons être prêts. C'est pourquoi nous avons besoin de vous ! Vous effectuerez une analyse d'impact et travaillerez avec la chef de l'équipe centrale afin de définir un plan d'accompagnement du changement. Vous participerez également à sa mise en œuvre.
- Airbus a récemment lancé un programme d'amélioration des performances appelé « Lead! » pour sa division Aviation Commerciale. Dans le cadre de ce programme, nous devrons régulièrement mesurer et communiquer nos résultats aux CTO et CFO d'Airbus Commercial. Votre rôle sera d'aider la chef de l'équipe centrale dans cette tâche.
Votre carte d'embarquement :
Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la Finance ou une discipline apparentée.
Vous possédez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de présentation
- Capacité à entretenir votre réseau interne
- Curieux, pragmatique et motivé !
Compétences linguistiques :
Anglais : courant
Le français serait un plus.

The working methods of the controllers (around 90 people) will change, and we need to be ready.That's why we need you! You will perform an impact analysis and work with the head of the central team to define a change management support plan. You will also participate in its implementation.
Airbus has recently launched a performance improvement program called "Lead!" for its Commercial Aviation division. As part of this program, we will need to regularly measure and communicate our results to the CTO and CFO of Airbus Commercial.Your role will be to assist the head of the central team in this task.
Your boarding pass:
You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5 or equivalent) in Finance or a related field.
You possess the following knowledge and skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain your internal network
- Curious, pragmatic, and motivated!
Language skills:
- English: fluent
- French is a plus.

You will join the central team (10 people) of the Engineering controlling department involved in the planning, reporting and consolidating the financial data of the 9 engineering centers (~13000 engineers).
This internship will consist in :

Our ways of working in controlling engineering department (~90 persons) will change and we need to be prepared. This is why we need you ! You will perform an impact analysis and will work with the Head of the central team in order to define a change management plan. You will also participate to its implementation.
- Airbus launched recently a performance improvement programme called " Lead!" for its commercial aviation division. In the frame of this program, we will have to report regularly our performance improvements. You role will be to help the Head of central team to measure it and to prepare the report for the CTO and the CFO of Airbus Commercial.
This internship is a real opportunity to discover the organization of Airbus commercial. You will be in contact with many controllers and managers, helping you to better understand the differents roles of the controllers in a big company.
Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it could start in January 2025 (date subject to flexibility). This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
You will be under the responsibility of the Head of the central team who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
Your Boarding Pass:
You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in the field of Finance or Business Administration (or equivalent) and you are looking for an internship of 6 months.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Ability to nurture your internal network
- Curious, pragmatic and motivated!
Language skills:
English: Fluent
French will be a plus.
