Rattaché(e) au Centre d'Excellence Supply Chain au sein de la direction Stratégie, véritable acteur/ actrice du changement, le(la) chef(fe) de projet Planning intervient sur l'amélioration continue de nos processus de planning.
Vous aurez pour principales missions :
SYSTEM- Mener la stabilisation et l'amélioration de la solution pilote IBP (modules Demand Planning, S&OP et Response & Supply) en partenariat avec notre intégrateur Teamwork et les équipes IT
- Mener le cadrage des évolutions identifiées par les équipes et développer, tester ces évolutions avec notre intégrateur
- Développer une veille technologique et identifier les opportunités pouvant contribuer à l'amélioration de la solution
- Piloter la mise en place des outils de Reporting (KPI, Controls, Analytics) dans le data hub / Power BI en soutien de nos processus planning et S&OP.
- Finaliser le déploiement de l'allongement du lead time des commandes passées aux usines (Project Factory Planning)
- Cadrer, déployer et maintenir le Processus d'Allocation dans l'environnement SAP S4 & IBP
- Contribuer à une meilleure synchronisation des processus long termes (S&OP) au processus court terme (S&OE) incluant un SLA clair entre les entités commerciales et industrielles
- Contribuer à l'élaboration, la documentation et le développement de standards au travers de formations et d'audits. Les déployer et former les équipes : processus, indicateurs, paramètres clés…
- Supporter les entités opérationnelles pour délivrer la performance et adapter en permanence notre dispositif en fonction des évolutions et contraintes internes et externes
- Piloter des projets de transformation ou d'amélioration continue en collaboration avec les fonctions planning sur nos usines, centres de distribution, entités commerciales et les équipes informatiques.
- Animer la communauté de Planners incluant les Key Users; évaluer les besoins en formation et délivrer le plan L&D pour cette communauté

Attached to the Supply Chain Center of Excellence within O&SC, as a true change agent, the Supply Planning Excellence Leader works with Supply & Inventory Planning community End to End throughout our factories, distribution centers and commercial entities.His objective is to maximize usage of tools (SAP IBP & S4), and enhance local competencies to achieve optimal customer services while keeping inventory under control.
Main Activities
SYSTEM / PROJECTS- Finalize and Stabilize the Roll Out of the SAP IBP Planning Solution to all geographies and sites
- Support IT Business Analysts, AMS with solving incidents, capturing and Deploying Enhancements SAP IBP & S4 Hana to improve Supply Plans
- Finalize the implementation of 'Factory Planning' initiative providing better visibility and enhancing factories efficiency
- Scope, Design and Deploy 'Allocation Process' in the SAP environment including tools, processes and competencies
- Participate to the project 'Supplier Digitalization' in order to automatize transactional activities with external suppliers
- Manage the implementation of reporting tools (KPIs, Controls, Analytics) in the data hub / Power BI in support of our planning processes through different horizons (S&OP & S&OE)
- Ensure synchronization between the planning activities (S&OP) in SAP IBP and the execution activities in ERPs (S&OE)
- Facilitate the community of Supply & Inventory Planners including the Key Users.
- Assess training needs for this community. Contribute to the build of the Planning Academy through E-Learning and Trainings
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards through trainings and audits. Deploy them and train the teams: processes, indicators, key parameters, etc.

Description du profil
Qualifications
Diplômé(e) d'un bac +5 en Supply Chain, vous possédez une expérience en Supply Chain et plus spécialement en Planning, d'au moins 5 ans, acquise dans des entreprises d'envergure internationale.
La certification CPIM/CSCP de l'APICS est un atout.
Un niveau d'anglais B2+/C1 est requis pour ce poste transverse.
Compétences
Quotidiennement, avec vos différents partenaires, vous favorisez un fonctionnement basé sur l'échange, l'écoute et la transparence.
Vos capacités à convaincre, fédérer et porter une vision sont autant d'atouts pour mener des projets de transformation.
Vous possédez un intérêt pour les systèmes et avec une connaissance approfondie d'outils type APS (idéalement SAP IBP). Une connaissance de SAP S4 Hana est un atout.
Votre bon sens et votre vivacité intellectuelle vous amènent à considérer/analyser les situations dans leur globalité et à envisager des pistes d'amélioration pragmatiques et adaptées. Vos acquis techniques vous permettront de légitimer votre action et intervention.
Master's degree in data analytics, supply chain, operations, information technology
Hands-on experience with inventory and supply planning .
Worked in a team-based and international environment.
5+ years of experience with Planning Solution
Knowledge & Skills- Interest in systems, thorough knowledge of planning tools (ideally SAP APO or IBP) - Experience in implementing an APS is a plus
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and teach complex topics to users
- English proficiency level of B2+/C1 is required for this cross-functional position
- No French level required
- Capable of teaching complex topic in a simple manner
- Capable of leading project autonomously including change management and stake holder management
- Ability to find his way in a complex environment and adapt his approach to deliver results to business
