About the role;

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in France. The SDR will play a critical role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales executives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and the digital industry.

Responsibilities:

What you'll do;
 •  Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social/marketing campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
 •  Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
 •  Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and challenges.
 •  Educate prospects about our services and articulate the value proposition.
 •  Schedule appointments for our sales executives/managers.
 •  Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging.
 •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
 •  Follow up with leads in a timely and persistent manner to move them through the sales pipeline.
 •  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Qualifications:

What you'll need;
 •  Native or fluent French language skills and working proficiency in English
 •  Previous experience in sales/SDR role for a digital, martech, software, or consulting company is preferred
 •  Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting targets and goals.
 •  Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects over the phone.
 •  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
 •  Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
 •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 •  Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
 •  Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus.
