Job Status: Active Description: Department: Quality AssuranceReports to: Pharmaceutical Affairs Director & Responsible PharmacistSummaryDirectly reporting to Pharmaceutical Affairs Director, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Associate ensures support in all activities relating to pharmaceutical affairs, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and quality assurance in accordance with the quality commitment of Incyte Biosciences France.Duties and ResponsibilitiesParticipation in all activities of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Department for a pharmaceutical distribution company and more specifically: -General management of training for Incyte Biosciences France employees, from organization to monitoring, including the implementation of new monitoring tools.-Control and monitoring of communication documents: regulatory validation, submission to authorities, document management, and monitoring.-Control and monitoring of training material: regulatory validation-Management of declarations relating to the Anti-Gifts Law and Transparency Law, and assistance in the operation of the tracking software.

Participation in projects to set up new management tools.-Monitoring of pharmacovigilance: receipt of cases of adverse events, internal record, transmission to the Corporate, and follow-up of cases.-Monitoring of regulatory activities: translations, PGR, packaging management, legal notices.-Participation in any other mission related to current projects.RequirementsDoctor in pharmacy or equivalent1 previous successful experience in pharmaceuticals affairsSolution orientated with excellent problem-solving skillsPerfect communication skillsDiscretion & ability to handle sensitive informationWell organized and reliableAble to honor deadlinesExcellent proficiency with Office software systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and OutlookFrench and Scientific and technical English mandatory
