🎯The company is currently looking for a Distribution Network Manager for the North American market. Within an international team you will have the following tasks:
Manage and nurture relationships with our exclusive distributors in assignedterritories/countries.Serve as the primary point of contact for our distributors, ensuring clear and effectivecommunication channels.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize distributor performance, increase sales, and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with distributors to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, support, and training to enhance their sales capabilities.
Regularly monitor distributor performance, sales activities, and market trends to identifygrowth opportunities and address challenges.
Conduct regular business reviews with distributors, analyzing sales data, forecasting, andmarket insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align distributor activities with company strategies and objectives.
Drive new distributor acquisitions in untapped territories to expand our market reach andmaximize sales potential.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market dynamics toanticipate changes and proactively adapt strategies.
YOUR HARD SKILLS :
You have 3 years of experience in a similar position; You have an interest in the world of entertainment and lighting; Fluent in English, you ideally master a second or third language (French, Chinese, Japonese, Corean, Greek, German,etc.).
YOUR SOFT SKILLS : You are dynamic, proactive, flexible and at ease in a bilingual and multicultural environment.CONDITIONS :
Permanent position; Location : Full remoteSalary: 45/55K base salary + 10/15K bonus; Mutual insurance 100% covered by the company; Luncheon vouchers;
