Within the E-Commerce department, reporting to the Traffic Acquisition and Web Analyst Manager, your key responsibilities are:

• Develop dashboards and tracking reports to measure websites performances and evaluate the impact of marketing and business initiatives.
• Identify trends and opportunities in user experience and conversion and make recommendations to improve business results.
• Ensure the accuracy of data in all generated reports, including daily reports sent by email via the Alphalyr solution
• Collaborate with e-shop, CRM, and UX teams to develop data-driven strategies and action plans to improve user experience and drive sales growth.
• Monitor market trends, technologies, and best practices to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in web analytics and business analytics.

• Collect, consolidate and analyze data related to user experience on the company' websites using Piwik Pro Analytics tool.
• Manage websites tag management
• Ensure the accuracy of information deployed in the datalayer on all managed sites and ensure optimal management of deployed tags.

• Page loading times : monitor our pages loading speed and web core vitals.

• Collect, consolidate and analyze data related to user consent using Didomi solution.
• Propose ways to improve interaction rate and consent rate following the implementation of AB tests.

• Ensure the reliability of the Customer Data Platform and generated segments.
• Propose and implement segments for CRM and acquisition.
• Provide support to CRM and acquisition teams.
