The role

We are looking for a profile with higher education in accounting (BAC+2), ideally with significant experience in a similar position and a fluent level of French and a proficient level of English (minimum B2). You are highly motivated to work in an international environment, in a fast-growing company, under the responsibility of our accounting manager and in close collaboration with the various teams at ARCHIMED.

We need you to be highly rigorous, proactive and a team player, with a sense of responsibility, versatility and adaptability. We are open to a wide range of profiles with at least 2 years' experience in an accounting firm or company.

Requirements

Language: fluent French and professional English (minimum B2)

Key responsibilities:

• Capture accounting entries / transaction information
• Preparation of VAT returns for validation
• Lettering entries in third-party and G/L accounts
• Monthly justification of accounts
• Participate in monthly closings (justification of accounts, budget monitoring, etc.)
• Participation in annual closing of accounts
• Drawing up IFRS accounts with the chartered accountant
• Liaise with statutory auditors
• Follow-up on customer reminders
• Monthly budget monitoring
• Help manage expense accounts
• Help improve internal procedures
