As one of the market leaders in this area, Air Liquide has all the capabilities to serve customers optimally and be competitive and with complete product portfolio, services to manage the gas needs of the customer and the capability to execute large installation projects MISSON You are responsible for the sales of specialty gas within the benelux, to Air Liquide affiliates and export to direct customers.You are responsible for implementing the specific commercial strategy for customers in your market.You lead the sales forces of the market segment, R&A, for which you are responsible.You are responsible for the sales development of the market segment as well as customer satisfaction.You ensure the compliance of the commercial policy, the market objectives of the Cluster and the marketing plan of R&A market in order to meet the targets and obtain the best possible results.

MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES You are in charge of sales performance of the ?Research & Analysis? market in Benelux: you formulate annual sales and margin forecastsyou develop a commercial policy (pricing, validation of reductions, contract reviews, etc.) and ensure application by the sales forcesyou analyze sales performance as well as deviations from objectives and follow KPIs You manage, coach and develop your team members and you provide them with your support in case of need / difficulty.You actively participate in the "customer experience" and you ensure that preventive and corrective measures are put in place to guarantee operational performance and the best possible level of satisfaction to customers.You are an active contributor to the management of the Scott entity and the Hydrocarbon facility meaning you are responsible for: the strategy (incl.

pricing) for Scott Specialty gases entity.the sales side of the P&L?s and you align with Scott & Aalter Plant Manager on the operations? side. managing the ?on demand? team located at the site of Scott.managing the Aalter sales responsible In this role, you report to the Sales & Customer Experience Director of ALBI-IM and you manage a team of 11 people: 5 Account Managers / Sales representatives spread over Benelux, 1 Sales Support Officer and 4 Sales Specialists (based in our site of specialty gases, SCOTT, located in Breda).

1 sales representative responsible for Hydrocarbons. Location: the position is based in Eindhoven, Evere or Herentals. Regular travels in Benelux are expected. REQUIREMENTSKnowledge: You have a good understanding of (analytical) chemistry or a background in laboratory related industries.
You are an experienced Sales Manager with 5 to 10 years professional experience in Business Development and Management.You are fluent in English and Dutch. French would be an asset. Skills: Approach focused on achieving resultsClient orientationAbility to balance the short-term needs of clients with the long-term interests of the businessAbility to play a leading role and show initiative to motivate teamsGood communication, convincing & negotiation skills coupled with a good analytical mind.
