Job description:
Product Manager (PM)
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of our products. You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, defining priorities, and coordinating teams to ensure our products meet user expectations while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management: Develop and implement the product strategy in alignment with company goals, considering market needs and user feedback.
Identifying Areas for Improvement: Analyze existing products to identify improvement areas. Propose solutions to optimize product performance and user experience.
Coordinating Activities: Work closely with technical, marketing, sales, and customer teams to coordinate activities and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Tracking Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish mechanisms to track product performance and the effectiveness of initiatives. Adjust priorities based on results.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to market release and ongoing evolution.Prioritizing Improvements: Identify and prioritize product improvements based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Product Launches: Prepare and execute new product or feature launches in coordination with relevant teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Significant experience in Product Management, with strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze existing products, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent ability to define priorities and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of product management tools and performance tracking (KPIs).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English (depending on company requirements).
Additional Qualifications:
- Degree in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
