In this strategic role, you'll work closely with our Enterprise Sales organization to build mind share and revenue growth through our key consulting partners. Leveraging your strong business background and sales experience, you'll craft and execute partner engagement plans that deliver value to both our partners and their customers.

Key job responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem in EMEA, including their capabilities, solutions, and value they can bring to our mutual customers
- Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the strategic value of partnering with AWS, and recommend qualified partners to support their unique needs
- Expand existing AWS footprint as well as drive new customer engagements with partners, with a focus on driving business outcomes and revenue growth
- Build trusted relationships with partners, leveraging our Partner programs and coaching them on best practices to ensure successful customer deliveries
- Collaborate closely with our Partner Solution Architects to enable partners and ensure quality results, and work in tandem with our Partner Development Managers on market engagement
A day in the life
As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, a typical day may involve meeting with key partners to discuss their business objectives and how AWS solutions can help them deliver value to their customers. You'll work closely with our sales and solutions architect teams to align on joint engagement plans, then follow up with in-depth technical and commercial conversations.Your days will also be spent analysing partner performance data, identifying new growth opportunities, and developing innovative co-marketing campaigns. Throughout it all, you'll be a strategic advisor to both partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring we deliver exceptional results.

- Successful track-record (exceeding quota and key performance metrics) with consulting or technology partners through account management, program management and business development
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and excellent familiarity with Enterprise customer decision making processes
- Effective verbal and written communications skills, excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Business fluency in at least one EMEA language - Prior experience working with AWS Consulting Partners and/or Technology partners
- Understanding of AWS, cloud architecture and infrastructure
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
- Experience within the Enterprise software development industry and/or IT outsourcing
