Description and deliverables of the service
Our client is looking for a consultant to work on two critical application chains related to credit risk and default risk management.
Main missions:
Credit Risk Application Chain:
- Monthly data collection for the calculation of RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) based on the EAD (Exposure at Default), PD (Probability of Default), and LGD (Loss Given Default) parameters.
Default Risk Application Chain:
- Daily data collection of NDOD (Non-Performing Loan Data).
- Role of Collection Entity Manager (CEM).
- Serve as the point of contact for data collection in relation to group entities.
- Manage the entire project, from kick-off to production, including framing, scoping, and data collection approval.
- Define the project roadmap and key milestones.
Approval process management:
- Estimate approval needs and coordinate with entities to resolve anomalies and justify discrepancies.
- Monitor validation of reports provided by GRM teams, then liaise with the Dequalco team and entities to obtain the necessary approvals.
Business and technical collaboration:
- Address business questions (data calculations, metrics) and technical issues (e.g., production environment, issuer entity code).
- Facilitate communication on technical and business aspects to ensure a clear understanding of needs.
GO/NO GO Committee:
- Organize the GO/NO GO committee, prepare the materials, and manage discussions around final validation by the authorities.
Desired expertise
Technical skills:
- SQL: Advanced and essential proficiency in manipulating and querying databases.
- Excel: Advanced and essential proficiency in analyzing and manipulating financial data.
Language skills:
- English: Fluent level is mandatory, due to the international context of the project and communication with foreign teams.
