As a member of the Western Europe Maintenance team, you will be responsible for :
- Ensure regular monitoring of maintenance contracts, by organizing monthly meetings and efficiently managing invoicing.
- Act as the main point of contact for new customer requests and manage all associated studies.
- You promote Exotec's new products and services to customers, reinforcing the company's added value.
- You supervise the execution of assigned maintenance contracts, guaranteeing their proper implementation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You coordinate and optimize relations with subcontractors, ensuring efficient project management.
- You ensure rigorous and precise monitoring of the financial aspects of ongoing projects, guaranteeing the proper management of resources.
- You ensure that sites are ready for production, scrupulously complying with Exotec's operational requirements and actively supervising sites.
- You will travel to South Europe 30-50% of the time, and your manager will be based in the UK.
- Graduate of an engineering school, ideally with a specialization in IT, robotics or industrial automation.
- Proven experience in customer technical support or industrial project sales.
- Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction combined with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evolve in demanding technical environments where responsiveness and expertise are fundamental.
- Fluency in English to enable effective communication, Italian is a plus !
