Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Creative Planning Intern for TheMix Paris, starting in January 2025. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
What is TheMix Paris? TheMix Paris is the In-House Creative Agency of Pernod Ricard for the France-based business units and functions.
As part of the Global Consumer Journey Centre of Excellence, TheMix Paris designs creative content for marketing teams and many other departments. TheMix Paris's scope relates to the Brands marketed in France like Ricard, Havana Club International, Martell, Mumm, Perrier-Jouët and Pernod Ricard HQ.
The Mix Paris is one of the group's 19 international creative agencies.
Reporting to the Creative Planning Manager, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the studio and communication with our internal clients and support demand planning.
Your key missions:
Support and develop the studio's communications with internal customers and marketing awards submissions.- You will design and implement effective communication strategies to promote the studio's services to internal customers and keep them informed of the studio's achievements, notably through newsletters.
- You will manage the agency's social media platforms, creating relevant and engaging content.
- You will organize and coordinate events to reinforce internal customer visibility and engagement.
- You will participate in the agency's development by seeking opportunities for external recognition, such as participation in competitions or awards.
- You will ensure continuity of the Demand planning process from Brands teams to internal campaign planning and participate to the yearly analysis.
- You will identify key benchmarks to improve the way we produce content considering the needs and constraints of internal customers.
- You are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You are creative and organized.
- You have an appetite for teamwork.
- You are looking for autonomy and you can make proposals.
- A sensitivity for design and photography is a plus.
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
