Principal Change Advisor - Direct Employee or Contractor Opportunity
This position will provide you the opportunity to coach executives and assist them in their change journey.
Lead medium to large change projects (70 - 80%)- Develop client’s competences and ability to embed Change Management capabilities for change success
- Create change capability through coaching and enabling change practitioners
- Maintain alignment with client’s specific needs to accelerate results on medium to large scale projects, complex changes and high-risk initiatives
- Apply Prosci products, tools, and research and leverage previous change management experience to successfully deliver change for the client
- Creates Client Deliverables
- Direct work of the team (Change Advisors and Change Analysts and Senior Change Advisors)
- Facilitate and influence Sponsor discussions, decision making and execution with a C-Suite audience on large complex projects
- Provide continuous and successful change management application
- Make sure the appropriate reporting is completed in order to enable Prosci Europe to follow up on the profitability of the clients.
- Facilitate strategy workshops with client (e.g., CMO)
- Design, implement and evolve a framework and process for long-term client support and engagement
- Identify, explore, and recommend holistic opportunities to expand and deepen the client relationship, embedding
- Change Management Capabilities without creating a client dependency upon Prosci
- Serve as the Project Manager and/or Change Manager for internal projects
- Create deliverables for internal projects
- Administer and analyze surveys for internal projects
- Facilitate internal meetings
Requirements
We are looking for an individual based in France with the following skills and experience:
Technical/Functional Skills- Demonstrated expertise in the application of the Prosci Change Management products, tools, research, and methods at the enterprise level
- Strong facilitation skills
- Project team leadership and coaching experience
- Proficiency in key elements of Microsoft 365
- Exhibits Emotional Intelligence
- Masters level qualification or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years of consulting/professional services experience
- 5 five or more years of change management experience
- Professional maturity to include proven executive-level career experience,
- Prosci Change Management Methodology certification, ECM required.

Le Principal Change Advisor accompagne les clients de Prosci dans la gestion de projets de changement ou de transformations de moyenne à grande envergure, présentant des niveaux de complexité et de risque variés. Vos Missions
Gestion de projets de changement ou de transformation (70-80 %):
- Piloter des projets de changement de moyenne à grande envergure.
- Développer les compétences des clients pour intégrer la gestion du changement dans leurs pratiques.
- Former et coacher des change managers afin de développer leurs compétences.
- Aligner les solutions proposées avec les besoins spécifiques des clients afin d’accélérer les résultats attendus sur des projets complexes et à haut risque.
- Appliquer les outils, méthodes et recherches Prosci en gestion du changement pour garantir la réussite des projets.
- Produire des livrables pour les clients et superviser le travail des équipes (Change Analysts et consultants).
- Influencer les discussions et les décisions des sponsors et leaders, notamment des équipes dirigeantes, dans le cadre de projets complexes.
- Assurer un suivi continu et performant du déploiement des stratégies et plans de gestion du changement
- Veiller à ce que les reportings projets nécessaires soient réalisés pour permettre à Prosci Europe de suivre la rentabilité des clients sur lesquels vous intervenez.
Piloter des activités stratégiques (20 %):
- Animer des ateliers stratégiques avec les clients (par ex. : mise en place de CMO – Change Management office).
- Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et faire évoluer le cadre et les process afin de pérenniser la relation client.
- Identifier, explorer et recommander des opportunités pour pérenniser la relation client, en renforçant les capacités de gestion du changement du client sans créer de dépendance envers Prosci.
Soutien aux projets internes (10 %):
- Accompagner les projets et transformations internes de Prosci en tant que chef de projet ou responsable du changement.
- Produire des livrables pour les projets internes.
- Administrer et analyser des enquêtes internes.
- Animer des réunions et workshops internes.
Profil recherché
Compétences techniques et fonctionnelles:
- Expertise démontrée dans l’application des outils, méthodes et recherches Prosci en gestion du changement sur des projets de différents niveaux de complexité, idéalement dans des environnements internationaux.
- Excellentes compétences en animation d’ateliers et de workshops
- Expérience en leadership d’équipe et en coaching.
- Solides compétences en intelligence émotionnelle.
- Expérience prouvée en gestion de projets à forte dimension humaine.
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft 365.
Qualifications:
- Diplôme de niveau Master ou expérience équivalente en entreprise.
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en conseil ou services en entreprise.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion du changement.
- Exercice de responsabilités à un niveau executive
- Certification Prosci en gestion du changement requise.
