đ€ Internationally minded, they have employees from various different backgrounds and the company is headquartered in Paris. As a Traffic Manager, you responsibilities will include:
Campaign Management: Oversee, create, and optimize SEA and social ads campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business, Retargeting, LeadGeneration Ads; Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop tailored strategies to increase traffic and conversions for our German websites; Performance Tracking: Conduct detailed data analysis and reporting using GA4, GTM, Excel,and Looker Studio to optimize campaigns for KPIs and ROI; Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content teams for the creation of banner ads, landing pages, and engaging ad copy in German; Monitoring: Efficiently manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and performance alignment with company objectives.
You have a native level in German and ideally some knowledge of French; 1/3 years of experience in SEA (Google, Microsoft Ads) and Social Ads campaign management; Strong expertise in data analysis and performance optimization; Proficient in digital marketing tools like GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Excel; Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills; Passion for results-driven digital marketing and a solid understanding of conversion funnels.
Conditions:
Permanent contract (CDI) - Paris; Position to be filled as soon as possible; Salary: 36/39K base salary + 5K bonus; 2 days of home office per week; Free Day OFF on Birthday; Friday Day OFF all Summer long July and August; Flexible working arrangements.
