Web Development Project Manager - Paris

We are a growing platform designed to provide valuable legal and business services to foreign companies operating in France. We are expanding our platform to cater to foreign companies looking to do business in France, offering comprehensive tools, resources, and support.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to audit our current website, create a strategic project plan, and oversee the development and implementation of a new and enhanced version of our platform. This project will involve collaboration with developers, designers, and various stakeholders to deliver a cutting-edge, user-friendly platform.

Vos missions

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for conducting a thorough audit of our current website, identifying areas for improvement, and overseeing the conception, development, and successful implementation of the revamped platform. You will be the key point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Audit: Conduct a detailed audit of the current website, including technical performance, user experience (UX), and functionality.
• Project Planning: Create a comprehensive project plan outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget for the website redevelopment.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, management, and external service providers (developers, designers, legal advisors) to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
• Team Coordination: Lead the recruitment and coordination of a team of web developers, designers, and other vendors to implement the project.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements in website performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Budget Management: Ensure the project remains within the allocated budget and manage any financial aspects related to development and external vendor contracts.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met and adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes or issues.
• Testing and Launch: Oversee testing and quality assurance before the official launch to ensure that the website functions correctly and meets user expectations.

Vos compétences

Key Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in web development or digital transformation projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with website development technologies, including front-end and back-end development, content management systems (CMS), and SEO optimization.
• Strong Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and oversee project implementation from start to finish.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts into understandable terms for stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions before they escalate.
• Budget and Time Management: Strong financial management skills and the ability to keep projects on budget and within timelines.
• Multilingual: Proficiency in French and English is required, given the international nature of the platform.
