The position
The Head Chef will be responsible for ensuring the excellence and consistency of the gastronomic offerings defined by the company. They must ensure the perfect execution of recipes and highlight the culinary expertise of Anahi.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the preparation and delivery of dishes in line with established quality standards and recipes
- Supervise and manage the kitchen team, ensuring discipline and motivation
- Oversee stock management, orders, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Work closely with the management to ensure an impeccable gastronomic experience

Profil
The ideal candidate
We are looking for an experienced Chef who can embody the spirit of Anahi and ensure the perfect execution of its culinary identity.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Chef in a high-end Argentine, Spanish, or Latin American restaurant
- Excellent mastery of culinary techniques and Hispanic-Latin flavors
- Attention to detail and a constant commitment to quality and presentation of dishes
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to unite a team around an ambitious gastronomic project
- Experience in an international tapas or Argentine restaurant is a plus
