Tasks
As a Sales executive at Eversun, you will play a pivotal role in selling our innovative subscription-based photovoltaic systems to French customers (B2C) in France. Your missions will include :
- Identify and engage potential clients, establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Focus on converting qualified online leads. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pursue new opportunities through referrals, networking and commercial prospecting.
- Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to meet their requirements
- Educate potential customers to our innovative approach through product demonstration. Negotiate and close beneficial deals, addressing objections effectively.
- Work closely with technical, marketing, and operational teams for seamless service delivery.
- Consistently pursue your objectives with a focus on KPIs and maintain accurate records of sale activity in HubSpot.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy market.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years professional experience in sales, account management, acquisition, or customer service, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a related field.
- Experience using CRM, preferably Hubspot.
- Strong sales personality with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
- Possess a "closing mentality" and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- An understanding of photovoltaic technology, solar energy solutions, and the overall renewable energy market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in French, and have professional English skills to communicate with your international colleagues. Other languages are a plus.
