CNdM is a leading shipyard in the Mediterranean, featuring state-of-the-art facilities, including three dry docks - among which is dock 10, the Mediterranean's largest. With our highly skilled workforce and extensive network of specialists, we are strategically located near major Mediterranean terminals to serve all maritime needs.

Main Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of company purchasing strategy and policies; Management and coordination of the Buyers team; Implementation and monitoring of process improvement initiatives; Development and analysis of purchasing department KPIs; Support to Buyers during negotiations and framework agreement implementations; Coordination with all internal stakeholders and departments; Regular reporting to Purchasing Manager; Management of supplier relationships and performance evaluation; Optimization of purchasing processes and cost control; Supervision of contract management and compliance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in purchasing management within industrial/naval sector; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent negotiation and communication abilities; Demonstrated experience in process improvement and KPI management; Fluent English (written and spoken); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience in supplier relationship management; Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office suite; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Understanding of naval industry technical requirements.

Additional Assets:

Knowledge of Italian language; Previous experience in shipyard operations; Understanding of maritime regulations and standards; Experience with ERP systems; International procurement experience.
