You have this ?want to make a difference? approach to create significant value both within the business and within the HR team.KEY RESPONSABILITIESWithin the Nutrition team and working closely with business and support functions management team and employees based in France, here are some of your key responsibilities in this role : - Lead and coordinate the global HR agenda to deploy efficiently several HR projects within and between the countries /functions in your scope.
You are accountable for an harmonized business partners commitment to the HR policies deployment ( recruitment, leadership, career?)- Ensure change management leadership for HR and company transformational evolution- Coaching & Support to the leadership team with regards to their development (individual and teams) and projects- Coordinate the HR budget process and monitor HR budget evolution with Finance&Management teams- Promote a positive work environment, support management's issues resolution, contribute as needed to Works council / employees representatives meetings- Drive proactively organizational evolution; identify and support organizational optimization and improvement- Guarantee the internal consistency and compliance of the HR practices vs the law & regulations Your ability to demonstrate both a « hands-on » and strategic approach will make your success in such a role.
YOUR PROFILEYou have : A strong HR background with a minimum of 10 years? experience as an HR Manager / HRBP for a global companyA proven ability to demonstrate facilitation/coaching skills to support leadership initiativesA positive track-record in managing global HR projects with the knowledge of working in global complex organizationAn openness to multi-cultural teamwork with a capacity to raise your voice to create value in a teamExcellent communication skills both verbally & written (french & english)An hybrid approach and vision between strategy and ops Your knowledge in the Compensation & Benefits field is a plus to this role.
