As part of the sales team, you will help to implement the sales strategy in your area of expertise, namely Bio-Engineering Solutions (IVD/OEM reagents). Responsible for sales development and economic performance, you will implement targeted marketing and sales operations in close collaboration with the marketing department.You will monitor and develop your market, while ensuring compliance with profitability criteria and regulatory constraints.

Your main tasks will be: Designing and implementing sales action plans in line with overall strategy.Promote the sale of our solutions and services by following up your customers and developing your sector dedicated to Bio-engineering solutions sales.Develop an understanding of our solutions and the opportunities, risks and activities of our competitorsSupport and advise your customers in researching their needsNegotiate and conclude contracts with key accounts.Participating in trade fairs and events.Work with the Marketing and internal stakeholders in order to achieve the most effective teamwork to promote sales of our offering.Follow performance monitoring and development and propose all appropriated actions in order to reach the results expectedPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecastsEnsure that sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards and company policies Ce poste est à pourvoir dans la ville de Loos.

Profile:With a higher education background in International Trade and/or Biology, you will have a minimum of 3 years' successful initial international experience in the fields of in vitro diagnostics or Life Sciences, with knowledge of the bioproduction market.

Qualities:You are fluent in English and ideally another language tooA good negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills, you stand out for your determination and thoroughness.
