We are looking for a part-time FTE (two days per week on-site).
Tasks and Responsibilities- Act as the primary connection between service delivery and the business for all shopfloor IT systems, in particular MES
- Deliver IT Services, Systems and Applications to the Business
- Interact with Global experts to deliver Support and enhancements in the Network, Infrastructure, Database & SQL database areas
- Contribute to the Demand Management Process to deploy new services: understand Business needs, clarify requirements, align with vendors, do security analysis. Assist with onboarding process of new applications, define new services in SNOW.
- Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders (in close alignment with the Huningue IT team), actively manage their expectations & monitor satisfaction levels
- Ensure adherence to quality standards as defined by the IT Organization
- Ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures in scope
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
- Over 2 years of experience in Service management or a similar role
- IT knowledge is required
- Strong fundamental knowledge in main IT areas
- Good understanding of business processes
- ServiceNow experience
- Flexible and team oriented person
- Collaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders
- Experienced working in multinational teams, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
