Amazon Transportation Services have built a world-class Middle Mile operation, which rely on an exceptional pool of carriers who work relentlessly to meet our customers’ expectations. TRC is looking for a high-judgment individual to audit Amazon Middle Mile carrier partners’ compliance against contractual and legal requirements, and drive a compliance culture both internally and externally.
We are looking for an individual with audit experience, preferably in transport, who can apply their expertise to 1) conduct thorough carrier inspections and audits across different business models, 2) identify compliance safety, regulatory and reputational risks at carrier and process level, and propose risk-mitigation solutions, and 3) deliver detailed finding and recommendation reports for both carriers and business teams (Legal, Ops, etc.). The successful candidate will have exceptional investigation and attention to details aptitudes, as well as strong data-driven mindset and capabilities, but also excellent soft skills for stakeholder management and earning carriers’ trust.Finally, the successful candidate will display good team spirit and autonomy.

Key job responsibilities- Inspect and audit Amazon Middle Mile carrier partners to verify that they operate compliantly with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Provide thorough finding and recommendation reports to senior management and business partners
- Provide precise audit and inspection reports to carrier partners and Amazon-internal process owners, with clear finding details, actionable corrective actions, and short/mid/long-term preventative recommended actions, helping them achieve and maintain compliance requirements
- Meet individual and team goals with the highest standards and diligence
- Achieve audit and inspection productivity and quality standards
- Lead and/or participate in special projects and/or assignments as necessary
- Bachelor's degree
- Audit or Compliance experience, preferably in Transport
- Outstanding English and French communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high-standard results quickly
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret information received
- Excellent knowledge of Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)• Transportation experience (e.g. Transport Manager, Fleet Manager, etc.)
- Professional auditing qualification
- Project management and continuous process improvement experience
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: German, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish
