In 2019 Worldline generated a proforma revenue of 5.3 billion euros. worldline.com General description An IT Process Manager is responsible to running and maintaining one or more of the ITIL Service Operations processes, in a context of Shared Services used by business acceptance platforms, under strong or light governance, in a given Acceptance business domain whatever their geographies or distributed system portfolio.He/She supports the head of Business Domain in achieving their objectives and lead the execution of key processes supporting the four cornerstones of operational excellence. Processes include, Incident, Problem, Event, Capacity & Availability, Configuration, Critical Period Management, Business Continuity and PSB/ITSM.
Main activities ?Establish and maintain key ITIL processes. ?Fulfil the role of PCO/PPR as applicable per process and stage of maturity. ?Provide training and awareness of processes in scope. ?Provide platform WL MS KPI and contractual SLA reporting ?Continuously improve the maturity of processes in scope.
?Support maturity assessment and global audit reviews for processes in scope. ?Support Sales and Account management with relevant KPIs and analysis. ?Participate in applicable cross functional forums contributing to the development and improvement of the process.
