YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :
Within the Global Talent Management team, this internship will take place in Paris (75), at our Haussmann Headquarter starting from March 2025.
Vanessa, Global Talent Development Senior Manager, will support you to thrive in your missions :
- 5% : Animate the Global Talent Management roadmap (ensure all important meetings are planned, identify and escalate issues and dependencies)
- 20% : Set up surveys to measure our internal clients’ satisfaction with regards to Global Talent Management practices (talent/HR community, employees and line managers) and package learnings from these surveys
- 35% : Support in the deployment and tracking of a communication plan for all Global Talent Management projects
- 30% : Support for project specific needs such as research, analytics, information gathering/sharing
- 10% : Participate in key Talent Management meetings and forums with fellow members of the HR Community around the world
THE BENEFITS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP/INTERNSHIP :
- Develop your skills in HR project management, change management, HR analytics, HR process redesign and communication
- Up to 2 days/week of remote work
- You will receive a stipend ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month
- Access to the company canteen and CE (“Comité d’Entreprise”)
Ready to become a real Danoner ? We are looking for someone :
- Available from March for a duration of 6 months
- You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
- Appetences : Strong analytical skills, good organizational and communication skills, ability to work well in a cross-functional and diverse ecosystem
- Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent
- Softwares : Strong mastery of MS excel, PowerPoint and word
- Nice to have : Understanding of HRIS systems and how they operate
