We are currently offering a 1-year opportunity as Coordinateur commandes/facturation (m/f/d).

Responsabilités:

  • Convert SAP quotations into sales orders
  • Process orders for Cryo maintenance kits
  • Processing orders for Prodigy maintenance kits
  • Handle maintenance orders with a cool head
  • Create SAP customer invoices
  • Check closely that all the required documents are in place for each order
  • Update the SFDC tool with the SAP order number and information on the documents required
  • Working closely with the Front Office and the team of quotation specialists.
  • All other tasks aimed at improving efficiency apply to
  • Support for the same functions as those mentioned in the job description for other regions.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of Bruker products.

Other tasks can be defined which are broadly in line with the above tasks and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor
  • Professional experience : 3-5 years
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Creative thinker, ready to make decisions to achieve goals
  • Practical experience of SAP and SalesForce.com customer relationship management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) in French, German and English.
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels.
